Students will have the opportunity to learn about and connect to opportunities in their area (and related areas) of interest and build a strong and inclusive community with students who have similar academic interests. There are three Bound Programs, one for each of the divisions in Arts & Sciences: Arts & Humanities Bound , Science Bound , and Social Science Bound (see below for a list of majors included in each).

Each Bound program includes:

  • Pre-Orientation

  • Success Seminar (1 credit hour in Fall)

  • Weekend Experience

  • Symposium (1 credit hour in Spring)

  • MASP Community & Resources (community and study spaces, community events, peer-to-peer mentoring, baby直播app mentoring, and free printing)

Students who are accepted and participate in the Bound Programs will receive a $2000 participation stipend, $1000 in Fall 2024 and $1000 Spring 2025.

Our Students on MASP

鈥淚 think that the most valuable part of MASP is its sense of belonging for anyone who doesn鈥檛 fit the perfect image of a scholar that we grow up seeing. It鈥檚 the community that keeps me coming back.鈥

-------------------------------------

鈥淸What I found helpful was] having a place that cares about me and wants to see me succeed not just academically and professionally but also in quality of life/happiness. Having this type of place made me feel valued which in turn allowed me to dedicate more of myself to my academics.鈥

----------------------------------------

鈥淸What I found helpful was] being able to have a close relationship with baby直播app. I always found a lot of comfort being able to go to [my mentor] if I needed anything.鈥
