Adrienne is a fourth-year PhD student in Associate Professor CoreyÌıNeu’sÌıSoft Tissue Bioengineering Lab.ÌıBefore attending CU Boulder, she studied Chemical Engineering and Spanish at Cornell University.ÌıNow, she explores how cells in the human body sense and respond to their mechanical environment and uses this information to better design tissue engineering techniques. Outside of research, Adrienne is a member of the GEARRS committee, Graduate Committee and is the Lead TA for the mechanical engineering department. In her free time, Adrienne enjoys horseback riding, drawing, painting, hiking and skiing.Ìı
