ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)

In accordance with the , an individual with a disability is a person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities such as breathing, eating, sleeping, walking, talking, manual tasks, etc. In most cases, medical documentation will be required to identify a disability related need for accommodations, unless the impairment is otherwise obvious.
