A Master’s Degree in Real Estate involves a comprehensive study of the multiple facets of real estate, preparing you for careers in the financial, management and operations aspects of real estate. The CU Leeds Master’s in Real Estate Curriculum

The CU Leeds School of Business offers a year-long, in-depth through the , which was founded by a group of local real estate leaders. The mission of the center is to foster and develop aspiring real estate professionals. Our babyÖ±²¥app has years of experience and diverse backgrounds. In our , you’ll be surrounded by other students and professors who are just as passionate about real estate as you are.

Our graduate real estate curriculum incorporates experiential learning and involves a background that’s heavy in quantitative financial analysis, business and management. The classes are focused on the real estate industry, unlike a traditional MBA program, which has a more general business focus. Our program begins in May with summer, fall and spring semesters. You take four per semester. Each class is 3 credit hours for a total of 12 classes and 36 credit hours. The business Master’s program has two tracks:

  • The Development Management track prepares you to become a real estate development project manager
  • The Asset Management track prepares you for opportunities in real property asset and portfolio management

In addition to the classroom, the CU Real Estate Center provides numerous conferences and events where students can network with others in the field while also learning about various topics in the industry. We also have a mentor program to further enhance the student experience.

We offer a unique opportunity for students to prepare for and take the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, or LEED, Green Associate exam. In partnership with the U.S. Green Building Council babyÖ±²¥app Chapter, this exam covers sustainable real estate development practices. It can be advantageous to have this when seeking employment.
