The Leeds (PMP) partners students with business professionals who can offer job seeking advice and an expanded professional network.

Global Seminars

Work towards Business Minor completion while spending time abroad experiencing international business first-hand.  (BUSM 3040) applications are due in October for this Maymester course option.

Career Readiness Certificate

The Career Readiness Certificate is for students who want to learn how best to navigate the career search. This is currently being restructured with a future relaunch date.

Exploratory Career Treks

Career Treks are exploratory field trips to companies in a specific region that allow you to get a sneak peek at various company cultures and the opportunities that exist within their domain.

Global Speaker Series

Connect with business leaders and CU alumni expats to understand the international business landscape. Topics have ranged from Australian adventure tourism to the Korean entertainment industry.

Student Organizations

Join a Leeds Student Organization that fits your business interests. Options include: Women in Business, Co-Ed Business Fraternity, Startup Group, Real Estate Club, Consulting Club, etc. 

Virtual Internships & Skill Building

CU Career Services offers an array of short-term virtual and in-person Skill Building Opportunities that allow for career exploration. Consider Buff Works, Forage and UPSKLS to gain real-world business skills.

Certificate

  The encourages students to connect with experienced entrepreneurs, gain start-up internship experience and connect with like-minded students.

Business of Sports Certificate

  The is a two-month summer intensive certificate program for students seriously interested in pursuing careers in the sports and recreation industry.

 

 

Microsoft Excel Training

Business Minors may enroll in , which is designed to establish Microsoft Excel proficiency. This pass/fail elective course emphasizes skills that employers most value.

Graduate Business Degrees

Business Minors graduating with a 3.0 GPA may be auto-admitted into a 1-year Leeds MS Graduate Program. Options include MS in Business Analytics, Finance, Real Estate and Supply Chain.

Continue Your Leeds Engagement with a 1-Year Graduate Degree

 

Distinguish yourself with a specialized master’s degree from the Leeds School of Business. Unlike MBA programs which require 3-5 years of professional work experience for admission, MS programs are open to those coming straight from undergrad. Business Minors with a 3.0 GPA have the added benefit of being able to enroll by simplying completing a declaration form. No application fee, no essays, no rec letters, no GRE/GMAT!
