Programs for High School Students

The Office of Diversity Affairs at the Leeds School of Business offers various programs that are designed for underrepresented high school students interested in exploring business career paths and gaining key leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. 

The KeyBank Business Leadership Program is a week-long program for talented high school juniors and seniors, with specific emphasis on underrepresented backgrounds. This week-long intensive program develops students teamwork and leadership skills while expanding their business knowledge.

Talented high school students are invited to compete in a summer case competition at the Leeds School of Business. Participants will gain real-world experience while competing in a case challenge focused on issues affecting women.

Business at a Glance provides first-generation, diverse, underrepresented, students of color a glimpse into Leeds and different career opportunities in business. Attendees will also meet and connect with Leeds’ diverse community in person!
